Delivery ??

I am confused with all these recent E-Mails from Element14 inviting me to order my RasberryPi now. I have 2 already on order under seperate Orders. Is there a way I can get a accurate ballpark delivery date? The last E-Mail I received said August but that seems not correct as I ordered back in March? Is it possibly I can send my 2 Order Numbers and get a semi-accurate date?   Thanks

  • Hi! I received that email to order. But in the form field country don't have the option "Brazil".

    I want to do the pre-order, but I afraid complete because that.

    Hi Lucas,

         At this time, we are unauthorized to sell or ship Raspberry Pi to Brazil. Updates will be posted on the Community. Thank you.

    It was promised that we would be receiving product by the end of June. My original backorder date was August, changed to June 19th, then changed to June 28th, and now changed to July 5th. I have never received an email from Newark regarding this order. I only find out the status by looking at my account order history on the Newark website. Others that have ordered after me have already been getting their product and/or the comment that the product was received and they are processing. This is on orders with Newark so I don't understand why mine was pushed out to July 5th. Any way to help with this?

    p.s. The latest FAQ states:

     

    Q. Are you on track with your promise to fill all back orders?

     

    A. Yes. We made a promise to customers who ordered before 18th April, that they would ship their Pi’s before the end of June.  We are on track to keep that commitment.  We will have shipped out 41,000 Raspberry Pis by the end of May and our customers will have received, or will be receiving their Pis over the next few days.  We are on track to have shipped 100,000 Raspberry Pis by the end of June and have further production planned for delivery to customers in July.  (Modified on 20-June : We're sorry to have to say that due to an unforeseen production delay with our manufacturer, there will be a short delay of up to 1 week. Orders that were received before 18th April will now be shipped at the end of June / early July. For orders received after the 18th April, we will be shipping those deliveries throughout July into August. We will send you an email confirming your delivery prior to despatch.)

    Customer Support answered via Private Mail. I was told it would be shipping on July 12th! Regards, BW.

    I ordered on March26 and my estimated shipping date is a moving target first it was in august then june 28 then july5 and recently it has moved to july 12.??
