i installed DEBIAN to a SD card, and now i need the SD card for a digital cam. how do i format the SD card so windows sees it as a 16gb and not 94mb ??

I believe Debian will use something like ext4 for it's disk file format - This will mean that Windows cannot read the disk as it can only read FAT, FAT32, NTFS
If you cannot get it format completely with any utilities you have then you may need to get hold an application that can read / write / format ext* file formats, and other Linux file formats.
