Question about delivery/dispatch of raspberry pi

Hi Im new to these fourms,

I recived an email from farnell saying in advance that my RPi would be dispatched ont the 09/07/2012 and was wondering dose this count as my dispatch email cause it has not yet arrived so I was just wondering should I have recived any other emails or is that it.

I'm so sorry for you... nobody seems to care about this orders. You can try contacting directly by e-mail/phone but this seems not to help in either cases. They are accepting now multiple units per orders and I can't imagine my face if I order, for example, 200 units and get this kind of treatment: it's a bad lottery to play in.

You should get a invoice and shipment email with orp number before dispatching.
Contact customer support via private message or call them or email sales at farnell.(your local adress).
Example sales at farnell.co.uk.
