So yesterday I received an email stating that my Pi shipped. I'm ecstatic because its being shipped 4 months before it was supposed to. My original ship date was supposed to be 11/26. Maybe they got their stuff together and everyone else's will ship soon. Now I just need to figure out what I'm going to do with it first when I get it.

My original shipdate is 3 or so weeks from now, but only if they've actually received my order which doesn't seem so clear ...

Well to explain the whole situation I registered my interest back in June then ordered on the fourth of July after chatting with a customer service rep who said if I ordered now it should ship in august. ordered and received an email saying my order was received and had an expected ship date of November 26th. I promptly emailed the company about the difference in time frames and was told the November projection was correct. then I got an email the other day saying my pi shipped. its expected to be delivered on Saturday.

I registered in March and ordered in June when I was invited ... got nothing. So consider yourself lucky. Element 14 doesn't seem to be capable of keeping the registraion order as they promised.

Who did you mail btw? Maybe I can get someone to respond on that email adress ...

customerservice@newark.com was the email address that I used. I received a response the same day. Just include as much of your order information that you can.
