I got my Pibow today image

one problem though.  The power connector slot is not very big and some micro USB cables will not fit in there.  Otherwise the assembally was easy and the design looks good.  Hope others get theres soon.

I did a quick search at adafruit, which has lots of PiBows: https://www.adafruit.com/search?q=pibow.

The Coupé is not as thick, so it's more "streamlined" with the Ethernet and USB connectors sticking out the top like air intakes.  The regular PiBow is thicker, with a flat top.  Be sure you get a Model B+ version, since the Model B connectors are placed differently.

I've never tried a PiBow myself.  I have an original Model B which would probably overheat in a small, enclosed space like a PiBow.  PiBow is probably OK with a Model B+ which uses much less power and has a better thermal design.  The Coupé is probably better thermally, since the Ethernet and USB connectors act as heat radiators.  JMO/YMMV

I have both the Regular (for my old Model B) and Coupe (for Model A) PiBows.

I would suggest the Coupe PiBow because it looks way cooler and you get more access to the GPIO ports, which can be very handy.
