When I pressed Arch Linux ARM download link it brought me to the top of the page. None of the OS download links are working.

Thanks for reporting this issue. However, the Arch and other downloads links are working for me when just trying now. What browser are you using? Also, the download button does rely on Javascript, so you'll need to have that enabled.
