Farnell.nl has different ordering policy for companies and for individuals, clearly prefering companies. As an individual you are required to order at least Eur 50 excluding VAT or the order will be declined. I do not know if Farnell has similar restrictions in other countries but such restriction kind of negates the whole mission statement of Raspberry Pi project. Luckilly I ordered my Raspberry Pi before Dutch branch of Farnell got involved in distribution, so I was able to have my fare share of fun with it.
Is there an alternative Gertboard Kit distribution channel that does not place such artificial restrictions?
