I just found this: http://au.element14.com/raspberry-pi/raspbrry-modb-512m/sbc-raspberry-pi-model-b-512mb/dp/2191863
Is this a raspberry pi with 512Mb RAM or is this a joke.

There is a fancy new landing page now when you go to the Farnell UK site, asking if you are looking for a 512M Pi.
As this would appear to be made in the far east, what does this mean for the Wales based ones ? Are there now two versions, both at the same price but one with half the memory ? Can't see the point in trumpeting that manufacture is in the UK, if that model becomes obsolete within a few weeks ?
Anyway, ordered and awaiting dispatch confirmation, thanks to Fergus and some great detective work.
