Issue with graphic output
Firstly, I'd like to say that I've waiting Raspberry impatiently and I
not disapointed. This project is really interresting.
But I have an graphic issue (already two months) : I spent lots of time on forums and try
all the options I can in config.txt but I still have a trouble using
the graphic output.
I'm stuck with : state: HPD high|DVI mode|HDCP off|composite off
(0x120016), 1280x720 @ 60Hz, progressive
I tried several screens but always the same problem.
I had the right configuration on other sdcard, but since the problem
occurs, it remains the same. I tried every new releases of Raspbian, etc.
Before the problem occurs, everything was ok using 'overscan_*'
options, but the first boot itself ; I had no screen but sdcard was on
activity.
Now it is the opposite. I had a screen during the first boot but I got
the wrong resolution which is always 1280x720p.
It seems that the problem appears just after a a try of 'Preferences
-- Paramètres de l'écran' which failed and a reboot of the RaspBerry.
When I did :
tvservice -m CEA
Group CEA has 0 modes:
tvservice -m DMT
Group DMT has 0 modes:
No result when trying to fetch the edid of screen:
tvservice -d edid
Written 0 bytes to edid
With 'framebuffer_*' options and fbset I get broken pixels.
Please help me ! Is it possible the graphic hardware has trouble ?
I read other screen isues but it wasn't the same problem. For them it
was always possible to get edid or a least the CEA/DMT supported
modes.
