Cancel Order

I know this isnt in the right thread but i want to cancel my order but i dont know how to, any help appreciated.

    I'm afraid I'm in a similar dilemma. Two separate orders were placed earlier this week. They now need to be canceled. I'm hoping to due this before either order ships (the earliest expected ship date is 03/12). I just haven't been able to find an option to do so under my account.

     

    I did leave a note using the live chat (not open during weekends - today is Sat.).

     

    Please help.
