I have seen these around for many years now. I just thought they were too expensive and not worth the time.
I am not sure if it would work with the Raspberry Pi though. Not much does.

The ethernet did not work,returned kit,but the usb wi-fi worked and I didn.t have to install it,seems to be built in to rasparian wheezy.pluggesd in and worked.as reported the upgrade went into a loop
