Hey group

Is it possible to get microsofts small basic on raspberry pi. I was wondering if you could let me know if any of you find out how or if it comes with the system already.

There are quite a few versions of Basic for the RasPi: see the RasPi Programming Wiki.  I haven't tried any of them -- I wrote my last Basic program for the Heathkit H-8.  I probably still have a copy on 1200 Baud cassette tape.

I don't know if any are compatible with Microsoft.  Since RasPi is ARM, you won't be able to run any x86 software directly, though there are emulators.

There are multiple threads about Microsoft Basic at raspberrypi.org.  Enter "microsoft basic" in the Google Search box.
