Has anyone had a problem receiving the license keys when they buy the VC1 and MPEG licenses from the Raspberry store?
I placed an order on 1/28 and was informed I would receive the within 72 hours. It is now Feb 2 and still no license keys. I sent a inquiry and didn't even receive an automated response regarding my order much less any idea when I would receive the actual license keys.
And before anyone tells me to check my order status, email address on file or spam folder, already been there and done that.
Just curious if this is an exception or the normal mode of operation?
