The control and caps lock are switched on my raspberry pi. When I tested the keyboard on my normal computer it worked fine. I think it is just the settings of the raspberry pi.

Thank you for your help. When I was configuring it, it asked me if I wanted to delete a file that is must have accidentally enabled that switched control and caps lock. I deleted that file and it worked.
