I finally got my Raspberry Pi a few weeks ago, and right away decided to build something out of it. i had an old camcorder laying around, so I decided to see what I could strip off it. Right away i went for the nice big CRT Viewfinder
. As a case I decided to use one of the Cassete boxes from the camera. For power I used two 11.1v LiPo batteries, which gives the PC about 4-5 hour run time. The keyboard was salvaged of a nexus 7 case which had a USB plug allready so all I had to do is transplant the keyboard to my case and cut a few holes. I hope this inspires someone else to build something crazy with their Raspberry Pi. If any one wants more info i have a full description and more pics on my blog http://overclocked.tv/diy-projects/pifinder-raspberry-pi-portable-pc-project .
