Before I begin I would like to thank you all who took the time to listen to my rant.
I have finally joined the Element 14 community and decided I needed to get back into the fun of programming.
I have placed my order for the Raspberry Pi and a Power Cable on the 03-15-2013, and when I got home from work today I had a package waiting for me.
It was just the power cable for the Raspberry Pi. When I placed my order I had selected the Backorder Preference for "Ship Complete" but when I look at the Invoice it shows the Backorder Preference was set at "Backorder Allowed."
Seeing as there is a 30+ day backorder status for the Raspberry Pi itself, I specifically checked and double checked the backorder preference setting before confirming my order so I will not have the opportunity to lose part of the small system.
Has anyone else come across this issue when placing an order on the newark.com website?
