Cheap Wood Case

Look at this Case on Amazon. There is a huge Discount and the case looks solid.

  • Just bought one of these after a friend got one. If you like the smell of fresh cut oak you will like this. People do look at you a bit suspicious when you invite them to 'smell my pi' but you will have the best smelling pi in town.

     

    The case is of reasonable quality given the price. Tip: Go slow and gentle when assembling. Do not force anything! Gentle nudging, careful observation, and patience will win the day. If you've ever assembled a Pibow case, you will find this similar. Pay attention to the numbers printed in the upper left area of each section of the case.

     

    The wood case is a bit more fragile than the plastic Pibow but once assembled and bolted together, it is equally as protective.

    about Bakelite, recycled magazines, used gift-wrap?  (Royalty-free suggestions)
