Raspberry Pi networking box with proxies, needing help building one.

I've seen the Onion Pi (Raspberry Pi with Tor) networking box, but I have a slight issue with that.

First I need something with gigabit ethernet, as that's the speeds of the network I'm using.

Second I need a second ethernet port, I need ehternet in then have the packets either go to the wifi dongle and the second port.

I haven't done much research on what the Pi is capable of, so I'm new to it. I know arduino has shields and beaglebone has capes, does the Pi have anything like that?

I will also be running more then just Tor on this, I will also use I2P and Privoxy. I have found this site showing how to use the three together.

I'm not sure where to even start on this, so I'm asking all of you for help in creating this. Also if it's possible can more ethernet out ports be put on? If it's not I could just buy a hub or switch (I've been out of networking so I'm kind of rusty on which is which).

So basically I just need to make a usb hub type thing to get the multiple outputs? What about the wifi and ethernet in, would that conflict with the wifi and ethernet out?

No you shouldn't have any problem. As long as you have them set to doing what they need to be doing, which isn't much work.

Do you think the pi has enough processing power to be running Tor and I2P and Privoxy? Or do you think I should go with something such as a beaglebone?

you can always overclock your pi, I have mine running at 1ghz and it runs smooth. I think it should do the job as long as you don't have a thosand clients connenting at once.

I've heard ocing the pi is risky, also at most I'd have about 5 or 6 clients, about half on ethernet.

not with heat sinks, but with that few amount of traffic you should be good at 700mhz.

How would you put a heat sink on a pi, since there isn't any screw holes to mount one properly?

you can make them or buy them and use thermal paste that bonds them on.

What if the pi is in a case, such as an Adafruit case?

they are small heat sinks and should fit fine.
