If you try the NOOBS 1.3 currently on the foundation site you can, apparently, set up your card to allow boot-time choices between 2 or more OSs. I haven't tried it, so can't comment on it's effectiveness
Its description suggests that it allows you to "put multiple Linux distribution on a single SD card" just like one can with Grub and other bootloaders, so it may match your requirement.
