Fun things to do with a Raspberry Pi

Former Member
Former Member over 11 years ago

I just got a Raspberry Pi model B and I am wondering what are some cool fun things that I could make and show off?

Previously I got a Arduino kit so if I could incorporate that it would be awesome!

Ezra, the possibilities are endless, what you want to do should guide you to your project, what you can manage will dictate what you can finish (not the same thing image)

I think that you should gain some basic skills and familiarity with the RPI then with more knowledge you should be able to answer this question your self, there are lots of

projects on E!4 done by members you can have a go at http://www.element14.com/community/community/raspberry-pi/raspberrypi_projects/blog/2014/01/06/raspberry-pi-catch-santa

    for example!!

Initially how about using the Arduino projects you have done then use the RPI to connect them to connect them on to the network or even the web?!?

    John

I've heard The MagPi magazine is a good starting point: The MagPi

There are also some interesting projects at Adafruit: https://learn.adafruit.com/category/raspberry-pi
