I've designed a special I/O & Audio carrier card for the RPi Model B - are these not available anymore? Is the new B+ mechanically identical (with new stand-off holes)?
Good post and summary link - I had not seen that level of detail to date. Its all good - just made layout changes to PCB to account for the new (logical, smart) holes.
