LCD Hack - Is this possible?

Hi guys

 

I have just salvaged this backlit LCD display (I beleive) from an old photo frame. Pictures are attatched, but it is a 761000937 E203460 display. The motherboard of the photoframe also contains an AUG375 (whic I believe is an SD/USB card reader) and also a Cheertek CT674-LF which I think is a display driver (I can't seem to find a datasheet for this).

 

My question: is it possible to connect this to the RPI/Arduino/Something? is there a driver board I can buy!!

  • It is generally not possible to reuse these without access to the data from the manufacturer. Even with the data, it will be difficult to drive without additional circuitry. There are driver ICs but using them requires knowledge of the display. The ICs are TQFP package, so are not easy to use without creating a PCB.
