A few suggestions were made towards of this thread: Does Anyone know where to get a RPI touch screen From? which may be of some help to you.
Depending on where you are located and your skill level, the answer may vary. You might start with Adafruit.com. They tend to have good software support, which is usually the biggest barrier for these things.
SainSmart has an inexpensive 3.2, but it is poorly supported.
There was a discussion here: Re: Sainsmart LCD TFT Pi 3.2

I really need a capacitive touch screen not a resistive one
will this work with the raspberry pi and or the quad core hacker ?
Oh. Sorry. I missed that.

It has an SPI interface so it will physically work, I'm not sure if there is a driver for it. FBTFT may support it.
