Raspberry Pi 2 is unstable.

Today has received the Pi2 and was totally disappointed. Is very unstable. I do not even managed to set up the system. After a minute or two system is down. Then apparently fray fs continue after any issues downloading the same message "End Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)". That's all.image

Did you migrate this from a B or B+ image by updating the distribution using sudo apt-get dist-upgrade? If so, did you previously overclock your Raspberry Pi? Old overclocking settings from Raspberry Pi 1 boards on the card will not work correctly with the Raspberry Pi 2. You will need to modify config.txt on the card by commenting out the arm_freq, core_freq, sdram_freq lines by prefixing them with a # symbol.

If not, what card are you using? Are you using the latest 2015 Raspbian or Noobs image? If not, could you please image the card using the latest image from the Rapsberry Pi Foundation and see what happens.

If you still have problems, it may be power or hardware related. Remember, the Raspberry Pi 2 with four cores requires a little more power - close to what the original Raspberry Pi 1 B required - so make sure you have at least 700mA of clean power available. Try using a quality MicroUSB B cable from an Android Phone or Tablet and see if that makes a difference.

Does the error at 2.62 secs into the boot indicate an issue with the micro SD card.

By chance do you have another card that you can try.?
