If you have hardware attached your GPIO pins, try removing them. It maybe a hardware error

    Otherwise add avoid_safe_mode=1 to config.txt in /boot

I would sugest a fresh install of the OS including download from the Raspberry PI website. You have not mentioned what you have tried so far of what OS your working with so Im assuming Raspbian

I have installed numerous PIs and everyone without fail has worked with no requirement to start adding things to config.txt or anyother file for that matter to enable remote SSH.

with only HDMI screen, keyboard and mouse, I simply setup the menu when prompted enduring SSH is enabled (Though I beleve SSH is enable by default ?)

    Basic things to check

Power supply is providing 5V at the PI, requires a good USB cable

    Supported keyboard and Mouse

    HDMI screen preferably

What types of equipment do you have hooked up to the PI ?

This message means that your shell is running on the CONSOLE (/dev/console), not on /dev/tty1 or something like that.

It happens if you boot your Linux system with "init=/bin/sh" or tricks like that.

(the console is available from really early in the booting-the-kernel process. It does not have things like... job control, the actual tty-console  gets initialized a bit later, and uses the same hardware.)

Yeah, I am using Raspbian. But, I think there is no OS in my Raspbian as my screen just popped out the message in the halfway of Raspbian installation.

So far, even though there is no equipment except my screen, my PI wont work also image

You should try using an SD card that is a CLASS 10 and as fast as you can, I would say 40MBytes/Sec or better, use the proper SD card formatter and install Noobs onto the card as described on my video or the Raspberry PI web site

is it a PI 2 or an earlier model ?

Thank you for you all guys help. I can boot my PI by writing Raspbian image to my SD card using the Win32DiskImager.
