Expansion header: which pin is which?

Question

Hi everyone

I've search everywhere for this but no joy:

I want to use the available GPIO pins which I understand from the manual are pins Ex 14/16/17/18/19/20 but how can you tell which ones these are physically on the board?

I guess the question is which pins are 1 & 2 on the expansion header?
