Board dimensions and header positions?

I'm working on a daughter board for the the Cirrus Logic audio board. I need the board dimensions and the exact locations of 20-Pin Header J2 and 3-Pin Header J8. Where do I find drawings for the board? Gerber files would also help

Nobody knows? Why do they make this information so difficult to find? The product is clearly incomplete without it

I had also put up a similar query for mechanical dimensions of the Pi 2 Model B, but have not yet received any help. I plan to design a metal enclosure for the Raspberry Pi 2 Model B. I did get hold of a mechanical drawing of the board layout from the top view only. Hope this helps you...
