Portable Media Player

Hi,

I am new to this forum and Raspberry PI.

I am thinking of building something like vosonic vp8860, which I can backup my pictures taken on my DSLR, and also to playback the photos (NEF format). When required, I can then download to my PC.

Upon searching for a USB3 card reader in the Internet, I come across the Asus Wireless Duo 1TB, it will be useful as well to have WIFI to enable others to download photos from their phone to this device.

Is it possible to build up such a device? Am I too aggressive?

This can be replicated partially, but may not perform the same. For example:
Missing Sata interface for storage, but can use USB 2.0 instead on Raspberry Pi 2.
Video out HDMI Video HDMI in Raspberry Pi 2. Need some external interface
FM radio , but again external SDR using USB 2.0
So be prepared to think outside the box.

Edit: Amazon.com: ASUS Wireless Duo (WHD-A1) Black 1TB USB 3.0 w/ SD Card Reader Wireless Hard Drive: Computers & Accessories no USB 3.0 on Raspberry Pi 2. How about trying a Gizmo2 instead?
