I purchased my Pi 2 from Microcenter in Dallas, how do I go about getting warranty service? I already tried chat/email support from element14, and validated my problem was not a power supply problem.

I have a raspberry pi 2 I purchased from Microcenter a couple months ago. System ran fine until I rebooted it earlier this week. Now I cannot get the power LED to light, The green light either comes on as solid, or blinks 8 times rapidly. I have tried booting with a fresh SD card install, and with no SD Card and nothing else plugged into USB or HDMI, still no red power light.

I have tried several power supplies that do work on my other pi2 but I still cannot get this pi2 to power on. Is there any warranty on it?
