USB Audio Out from pi when using Cirrus Logic Audio Card

I have a Rpi B+ and cirrus logic audio card.

 

I have a USB speakers and would like to route the sound from Line -In /SPDIF-In of the cirrus logic Audio card to the USB out of the Rpi. Is this possible?
