The answer to that is no.
An adapter circuit board is mandatory, the RPI has no built-in LVDS interface to TFT.
Shabaz is totally correct, the actual Display adapter interface on the PI is either HDMI, Composit or DSI (DSI is only just supported with the new 7" LCD
