The Raspberry Pi 2 that I ordered from you isn't even a week old and it has completely frozen. I had it all set and running and then about a day later it froze and I can't get it to do anything. I've tried re-imaging the sd card, different power supplies, and several other trouble shooting steps I've found on the web to no avail.
