Which micro computer like the raspberry pi, intel edison, orange pi, etc. has the best GPU?  It's for a project I'm doing soon and graphcis is pretty important.

You need to specify more detail on project and what choices you have budget etc.

intel edison        No GPU for graphics

raspberry pi       Videocore     image My pick

    orange pi           Mali 400

    Etc...

If no budget(sky's the limit) I would pick a Tegra K1 Jetson from Nvidia.

Another option (with no budget) would be the UDOO X86 Ultra. It runs IntelRegistered HD 405 Graphics. Its supposed to be able to run 3 4K screens at once, and claims to be 10x faster than the RPi3. It's a really neat board.

Wait that is 209$ vs 192$ for Nvidia Tegra. Although nice also, I would stay with my choice.  See UDOO X86 is 10x more powerful than Raspberry Pi 3, and can run Windows, Android, and Linux.

The Advanced is also a nice choice and $100 cheaper. I personally am sticking with the Raspberry Pi's as they are cheap, useful, and have a great community behind them whenever I need help. I just found the UDOO X86's to be interesting boards and worth a mention!
