1.8" and 5" 4:3 screens?

I've been looking for 4:3 aspect ratio screens for several weeks now with very little luck. To be more precise, I'm looking for a 1.8" 4:3 screen at 320x240 resolution (like the model found in This 8GB MP4 player) for use with a Raspberry Pi Zero, but I can only find the Adafruit 1.8" SPI board, which, is just starting to get support for the Raspberry Pi 2 and 3, and I can find no Zero support at all, and a strange unit from https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/220x176-RGB-Interface-1-8-inch_60136306178.html  that I'd have to buy hundreds of to get any at all (it has a higher resolution than the Adafruit model of 160x128 - its resolution is 220x176).

The second screen I'm looking for is a 5" 4:30 screen at 640x480 resolution that would directly connect to the Raspberry Pi 3 B. The only model I have found that almost works is

    I do not see why https://learn.adafruit.com/1-8-tft-display/overview  cannot be used with the Raspberry Pi Zero since it has a standard 40 pin header that can be used just like Pi 2 or 3. The only point is a breadboard to connect the correct pins using Raspberry Pi B+ GPIO 40 Pin Block Pinout as a guide.

    The software they have will need to modify all data pins from old Arduino style to new Raspberry Pi number. Beware of the type of numbering used since there are two as described at https://projects.drogon.net/raspberry-pi/wiringpi/pins/ .

    Thanks for the answer, I'm still preferring to find a 320x240 resolution screen, but if that fails, it's good to note I can default back to the adafruit screen. Do you happen to know if there's a touchscreen digitizer for the adafruit screen by any off chance?
