It requires a connector to fit the display (the datasheet specifies a Japanese part that is likely unavailable easily since this display was not manufactured for 9 years) and supply voltages not present on the Pi (7-9V and 8V for backlight) and feed in the composite signal from the Pi's combined audio/video port (3.5mm jack socket) but the picture quality will won't be great (it is 480x234 which is worse than standard definition broadcast).
If you factor in your time and the cost to get the connector and the supplies, it might not be economically viable. It really depends on your needs, the ability to source that connector (or find something that fits etc) and time available.
