Pi3 B with sense hat - how do I add touchscreen?

I am new to this and recently bought the IBM IoT Learning bundle to go with the Coursera dev. course. I added the official 7" touchscreen but cannot work out how to mount the Sense hat to the Pi3 and the Touchscreen together. For example the 2 power wires come from the pin connector to be used by the Sense hat and the pillars and screws don't make sense to me as the Pi3 is mounted to the back of the touchscreen.

Any advise from you experts would be appreciated. Thanks.

I found this and used it successfully with both the sense hat and 7” display:

You need longer standoffs, though, to stabilize the hat.
