Rasberry Pi 3 usb ports not working

My Rasberry Pi 3  USB ports not working ...

 

Where do I send it for service ??

I live in Mumbai. and how do I send it ?

    A couple of things to try:

    • Is the power supply 2.5 Amps at 5.1 Volts? Sometimes under power wall warts provide less and cause the problem you see.
    • Are you running the latest OS? If not go to https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/ to grab one.
    • Checking the Ethernet is a good suggestion from . This will establish what the issue may be. BTW, most Pi 3's work first time.
    • Try a powered USB hub. Many times too many USB devices pull too much current than the USB can provide. The limit is around 500 mA per port and do not forget the rest of the system needs at least 600-700 mA depending on usage.
