I have been using my RPI for some time now with 1820 temperature inputs with good results. I need to read more than 125C, so I put a 667TC on, which works fairly well, but does wander around a bit more than I want. The big problem though is that when I access the 667, after a short tilme, the RPI loses communication with one of the 1820's and shuts down with a file not found error???? Can anyone help me out with this. When I do not run the program to access the TC input, all is fine and the 1820;s run on problem free? This fact stays consistent, but I cannot understand how the two get mixed up. I have 3 22820, on GPIO 4, and one TC input. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
