I am a long time lurker first time poster/poser whichever. So I was thinking of a outdoor Pi zero w security camera. Easy enough right? The problems that I see are as followed: (If I am over thinking this please let me know)
I can get a case to protect the board from all 14 elements (see what I did there). However, What is enough water collected on the board and killed my Pi? My first solution was HOT GLUE the entire Pi but would heating be an issue? I don't know but I will try it. My second solution is a waterproof boot spray. Like Kiwi Camp Dry and if the water proof spray works why even have a case? Well there are other reasons for a case.
Let me know your thoughts. I don't get offended so if I am completely off the rocker let me know.
