I am very interested in adding a LCD to my Pi 3, but I don't want to lose all my IO. I have no need or want for touch screen, and I have many old LCD screens laying around just doing nothing, but collecting dust. I was wondering if there is any way to use the stock SDI port on the PI to take advantage of some of these screens. I have searched quite extensively on this topic, but to no avail. I don't want to use a HDMI converter either, I want to stay as compact as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
