Microsoft came up with an Windows IoT Core that can run on a Raspberry Pi but it is not a full Windows type desktop.

You can't run regular Windows or any other "ISOs" because the Pi is using an ARM-based CPU with a completely different instruction set to that used by normal desktop/laptop Microsoft Windows which generally runs on x86/x86-64.
Only images built for the Pi can be used - many of them are listed at https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/
Hi,
You can give a shot to the following repo,
Although it is not yet fully functional it works...

Interested to give a try on that. thanks for pointing out.
Certainly ,You need a detailed tutorial to guide you do it .
Seeing this guide : https://www.passmoz.com/burn-iso-image-to-usb-in-3-ways.html
With it , i have burned iSO file to a USB drive on computer ,I guess you can do it ,too.
in short, not really windows is not compatible however there is a windows 10 like image you can download and put on your sd card for your pi3
you cant install windows from disks or a windows cd like on a Pc it has to be specific and targeted to be compatible with your hardware
