I’m trying to build a baby monitor with a raspberry pi 3. Still a huge n00b and looking for some advice.
Go with a NOIR camera, add some IR LED's and route alerts to your smart phone.

What should I use for an os and how could I route it to a phone??? I’m sorry I’m still really new to this I did find a cam with it ir leds. Thank you for the input so far
