They should be made at the Sony’s UK manufacturing plant in Pencoed, South Wales.

There are some vendors that source them from China, but from all reports the Element14 versions should be from the UK, although I did see a post that stated otherwise. Perhaps that was from someone buying the Pi in China.
However, if you get a board that shows "Made in China" or "Made in PRC" then it will not be from the UK.
