If you're talking about a desktop or server version of Windows, then no, not in a very practical way. I'm not sure you'd want to anyway - as much as Windows can be useful on a desktop, it's not so prevalent in IoT gateways which are still resource-constrained to an extent, and have their own unique requirements.
