Is it possible to buy the Pi Desktop USB jumper on its own?

One of my Pi Desktop USB jumpers - the thing that connects the microUSB on the expansion board to the USB A on the Pi itself - has gone walk-about.  Is it possible to buy a replacement jumper on its own?  Thanks.

    That looks a bit specialist, I'm not sure I've seen such a thing available separately.

    You may be able to fashion it from (say) this part:
