One of my Pi Desktop USB jumpers - the thing that connects the microUSB on the expansion board to the USB A on the Pi itself - has gone walk-about. Is it possible to buy a replacement jumper on its own? Thanks.

I don't think you will get a replacement for that particular part!
Why not use a normal micro-USB to USB Type A cable itself? It will work. (It wont give you the aesthetic look)
