Making the same post in both the Discussion forum and the Question forum leads me to suspect you are advertising. Before responding fully, I'm curious what association do you have with the product?

What did you hope to accomplish from your phone post? The fact you have made the post from your phone gives me an indication of the amount of effort you have invested in getting an acceptable response. Hey I am riding home on the bus, I think I will make a post to a technical site to get their feedback. What harm can it do. Realize your efforts may be causing more harm than good for your brother. You have thrown a random post, soliciting feedback on a product to a site that has a number of technical professionals. They can be a pretty accommodating bunch but they can also be pretty crotchety if they feel you are wasting their time. I can't every recall throwing this community a random bone for them to chew on without some clear goal. It may be important to me but unless it is important to them, you get little return. They have the ability to flush out questions to determine if they are worth investing in. I suggest you reconsider your approach. I hate to see your efforts crash and burn but I fear that is where they are heading.
