Humanoid Project

Hi everyone ,

I’m an engineering student, highly passionate towards electronics. I have done a lots of project on embedded. I have done a lot of work on AVR’s, PIC, ARM,8085. Ihave a good      knowledge of C, C++, Java, Python , HTML, embedded C , MATLAB, Multisim.

I with my fellow students are planning to make a Humanoid robot like ASIMO or RAPIRO.

I’ m thinking to use Rasberry Pi or BeagleBone as the brain of it.

It would be a great help for me to get advice from people like you who have such a zeal for electronics and innovation. All hobbysist and technoexperts please advice me on how to get  started , which processor and technology to use, what to use for audio and video processing , anything elkse you want to get into my knowledge will be very helpful.

                                            I’m an electronics student wanting to get my hands dirty at the deepest level of electronics.

                                                               Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
