I'm about to get in the fantastic world of Rasperry and I need your opinion for my project, I'll be very pleased 
with your opinions and crazy-funny ideas 
or if you think this can be made easier with other board do not hesitate share it
The purpose of this project is to watch my house from my office and receive some kind of alert when movement sensor are activated inside the house then receive video or snapshots.
How can I transmit via wi-fi the video?, Which module should I use to transmit?
I been thinking two possible arrangements:
Arrangement 1
Have a movement sensor connected to a circuit which turns on a camera and transmits the video via wi-fi to the Rasperry in order the Rasperry records video or snapshots and send those through internet to my smartphone. This way Rasperry should record the video from 2 or 3 cameras.
Arrangement 2
Have a movement sensor mounted on a Rasperry or a circuit that turns on the rasperry, and likewise have mounted the camera on the rasperry, record the video and/or snapshots and send them to my smartphone through the internet modem.
