Hello I am trying to map the pin outs of the following two products. I'm a little lost on this one, could anyone help me?

The Micro HDMI D connector data sheet doesn't show signal names.  It's actually tricky to find the Micro HDMI D pinout, at least it was two years ago.  There's a partial mapping in http://www.element14.com/community/community/raspberry-pi/blog/2012/09/27/raspberry-pi-lapdock-hdmi-cable-work-around.

There's an HDMI A and D pinout chart here: http://andreiprojects.blogspot.ro/2012/06/raspberry-pi-modding-atrix-lapdock.html.

I confirmed the HDMI D pinout by looking for Micro HDMI D connector data sheets until I found one that included the signal names.  Here's the Molex part I found: http://www.molex.com/pdm_docs/sd/467650301_sd.pdf.

Thanks for the response, maybe you can help me a little further. So I have this pin out for an HDMI connector

    Type A HDMI connector pinout

    PinSignalDescription
    1TMDS Data2+
    2TMDS Data2 Shield
    3TMDS Data2-
    4TMDS Data1+
    5TMDS Data1 Shield
    6TMDS Data1-
    7TMDS Data0+
    8TMDS Data0 Shield
    9TMDS Data0-
    10TMDS Clock+
    11TMDS Clock Shield
    12TMDS Clock-
    13CEC control
    14Reserved/HEC Data−N.C. on device
    15SCL DDC clock
    16SDA DDC data
    17DDC/HEC/CEC Ground
    18+5 V Power power EDID/DDC
    19Hot Plug Detect/HEC Data+

I'm trying to map it to this HDMI switch. However, there seems to be more TMDS lines on the HDMI connector than on the HDMI switch (4 < 6)

How do I connect the HDMI pins to the Switch Pins?

I think they match up.  Each HDMI cable has four differential pairs: Clock±, Data0±, Data1±, and Data2±.  The HDMI switch pins you list are for two HDMI sources, numbered _1 and _2.  The chip has 8 input pins for each HDMI source: CLK±, D0±, D1±, and D2±.
